Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement sent by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs.

Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal statement.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.

The goods must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all labels attached.

You only have to pay for any possible loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been made according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.

For hygiene reasons, worn, washed, damaged, or heavily soiled items cannot be accepted for return.
