These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the button “Buy now”, “Order with obligation to pay” or a comparable button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
After receiving the order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded as soon as we accept the order, ship the goods, or send a shipping confirmation.

Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices stated are in euros and include statutory VAT, where applicable.
Additional shipping costs may apply. These will be clearly displayed to the customer before the order is completed.

Payment
The customer can use the payment methods displayed at checkout in our online shop.

The selected payment method will be charged either directly after the order is completed or in accordance with the terms of the respective payment service provider, depending on the payment method selected.

Delivery and Shipping
Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
The delivery time will be stated in the online shop or during the ordering process. In the event of delays, the customer will be informed whenever possible.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the customer shall bear any additional costs incurred as a result.

Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Returns
In the event of withdrawal, the customer must return the goods within 14 days after declaring the withdrawal.
The customer shall bear the cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated in the withdrawal policy.
The goods must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all labels attached.

Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
If an item is delivered damaged or defective, we kindly ask the customer to contact us by email as soon as possible:
Excluding statutory defect rights towards consumers is not permitted. The Chamber of Industry and Commerce also points out that defect rights for defective goods cannot simply be excluded in relation to consumers.

Vouchers and Discount Codes
Vouchers and discount codes can only be redeemed during the ordering process.
Subsequent crediting is not possible.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated otherwise.

Liability
We are fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In cases of ordinary negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, meaning obligations whose fulfilment is necessary for the proper performance of the contract.
Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Contract Language
The contract language is German.

Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
